Guided day tours to the Wairarapa region

A DAY OUT™ Tours sample the best the Wairarapa has to offer and begin by travelling over the spectacular Rimutaka mountain range. On the way to Greytown we pass through the site of the historic prisoner of war camp at Featherston.

Greytowns attractions include antique and boutique shopping and great coffee stops. A visit to shoc Chocolate shop caters for those with a sweet tooth aswell.

Before heading to Lake Ferry Hotel for a delicious lunch overlooking the Cook Strait and on clear days the South Island. We stop into some vineyards to sample Martinborough's award winning wines.

After lunch relax and enjoy the spectacular scenery as we tour to Cape Palliser, seeing Ngawi fishing Village, a beautiful lighthouse, and a colony of Fur Seals before returning to Wellington at approx 5pm.
