Tora Coastal Walk

Tora coastal walk on the southern Wairarapa coast is a unique walking experience of contrasts - wild, untamed coastal views; lush native bush; windswept ridges; river valleys with spectacular mountain views and rolling coastal farmland.

Attractions as well as the stunning walks include the coastal farming experience, beachcombing, picnicking and watching the seals. The walk is suitable for people of all ages and standards of fitness - families and groups of friends.

Tora coastal walk - now in its seventh season - starts 34km southeast of the Martinborough wine village. Your accommodation is fully equipped, comfortable farm cottages with warm friendly rural hospitality from your hosts.

Apartment One Bed & Breakfast

Experience apartment living in the city. We moved off the farm into our converted warehouse to try city life. We love its ever-changing beauty and the people are simply the best. Come try it for yourself. Buses depart every few minutes. 2 minutes walk to the Basin Reserve and 10-15 minutes walk to Courtenay Place (Wellington's restaurant, cafe and theatre district). Less than 10 minutes drive to the ferry terminal and airport. We serve a deluxe breakfast to get you through your eventful day.
